How we build…
We use some Human and Organisational Performance tools and processes throughout the model, then once at the excellence level of performance, tollgate 7, the behaviours built and the HOP methodologies allows each site, business, organisation to reimagine what excellence is for them, through all changes.
The ‘Kershaw method’ may be a transformative culture change model, in addition it will change your performance to a level of excellence, potentially currently not known. Because of how we build the model, how we administer the ‘what’, and how we track the how, each sites excellence will be different, as this is based on the people at each individual site.
Seeing transformation is a true lay beautiful thing, even in locations that consider themselves good from a culture perspective, find transformative culture change beneficial, it changes how we think, we are more dynamic and the growth across all functions is truly organic…because of how we build knowledge and provide the opportunities, the contributions of all are heard and actioned.
How do we track and report out on culture? By its nature culture is subjective, within our model we use a series of culture tools to elicit information…these tools and the usage grow through the model and provide us with opportunities to review progress, listen and learn from employees. Once we listen we summaries and plot against the cultural matrix, turning subjective to objective, linked intrinsically to the stages in the tollgates.
If you are struggling to find a way to operationalise HOP or need to revitalise your culture, we are the conduit to enable structure to exist and partner with your pre-existing systems and management system to change this into a fully functional, cross-functional excellence program.
We will build your model, either from the standard platform we use in Kodo Industries or we will bespoke it to the needs of the organisation, steeped in the methodology of the ‘Kershaw method’ process. We will build from modules that are included in each of the behavioural structures, coupled with a strong governance model, provides all of the assets to be a truly successful and transformative culture change model.
